update...

Just a quick update about how Lane is doing. He went yesterday to his 2 month doctors visit and had his first round of shots. None of us enjoyed this visit, but he pulled through like a champ...really the only time he cried was when we got there because he was hungry and then again when the needles were in his legs. Other than those times he was busy talking and kicking and playing with us and the doctor. His report is really good, he seems very healthy, all his reflexes and things are great. He weighs in at 12lbs 5oz, 24 inches long...this puts him in the 80% for height and 65% for weight. In otherwords he is long and skinny, maybe he gets that from his "Grandpa Struble". :)He is changing so much everyday. I'm back to work now, but I rush home to see him and usually don't put him down for a couple hours after I get home. We talk about his day and smile and play together. He is so funny...he actually loves his changing table and being changed, that is usually the time when he is most chatty and happy. Its nice though not to have a fussy baby at changing time. Really the only time he screams a lot is when he is over tired or hungry. Our little man is growing up so fast and we are loving every minute. :)
